White Canopy Tent (20x20) with removable sides - $200 (setup and tear down included)
Rehearsal Roast (6-8pm) - $350
-A fire pit rehearsal casual dinner. Firewood and attendant provided.
-Includes mountain pies, s'mores and drinks for up to 20 people.
Barn rental for rehearsal dinner (6-8:30 pm) - $250
Patio Propane Heater (4 available) - $75/each (includes one full tank of fuel)
Salamander Kerosene Heater (2 available) - $75/each (includes one full tank of fuel)
-Kerosene Heater Tank Refill - $20
-These heaters are very loud and only useful for setup and tear down, not for the ceremony or reception.

Classic Venue Package includes:
Exclusive use of the grounds on the day of your event
Access to the property to set up the day before your event.
Bridal Salon / Dressing Area

White folding chairs for ceremony (up to 125)

Tables for reception (your choice of round or rectangle)

As part of hosting your event at The Homestead on Peanut Road, we also include
the services of our venue coordinator for the duration of your event.
Our experienced coordinator will assist you in the following ways:
SETUP
Greet vendors as they arrive and familiarize them with our property
Be available for any questions regarding set up and execution of details
Oversee set up of ceremony chairs, arbor & details
CEREMONY
Ensure guests are seated in a timely manner
Direct wedding party to their places at the appropriate time
RECEPTION
Oversee caterer and other vendors to ensure food & drink is served on time
and all policies are followed
Check in during reception for any additional needs
Pricing is based on details listed. Alteration of services included will affect package price.
We currently offer a classic package (listed below) for our DIY couples. You may add additional services A La Carte.
There is also a package option for an intimate elopement and a done-for-you wedding package.
To book any package on your date, we require a signed contract and a $1,000, plus state sales tax, non-refundable retainer that will be credited toward your balance. Retainer ensures that the weekend is reserved just for you!
